  Place one hand on the end of the pen, connect the positive terminal of the battery with the pen tip and the negative terminal of the battery with your other hand. If the light is on, the battery is charged; if not, it needs to be replaced.

【Helpful Hints】

• Ensure your hand is in contact with the end of the pen, specifically the area of the screw rod; otherwise, it cannot be confirmed if the wire is live.

• When the pen makes contact with the live socket, the light turns on, confirming the wire is carrying electricity. If the pen touches the grounding slot, the light remains off.

• Since air can acquire a static charge, a slight movement may cause the pen to flicker briefly.
